                    Medical Coding is the process of using standardized coding systems to assign codes to diagnoses and procedures in order to accurately track and report healthcare services.                Hydrocephalus is a condition in which there is an accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in the brain, causing an enlargement of the ventricles. It is caused by a blockage of the flow of CSF within the brain, which can be due to a number of factors including a birth defect, a tumor, or an infection. Symptoms of hydrocephalus include headaches, vision problems, seizures, and cognitive and developmental delays.
